RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30 Money Back Return Policy. Return any unopened product for a refund of the full purchase price of the product. Please call customer service at 877-622-4343, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. The product must be in returned in the original, unopened packaging accompanied by the original sales receipt.

SHIPPING AND BILLING POLICY

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Your credit or debit card will be charged when the order is processed, but the charges may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your account statement. Standard ground shipping may take 2 - 5 business depending on your whereabouts. However, expedited shipping is offered at an increased rate. If you wish to expedite your order, please select your desired shipping option when placing your order.

CANCELATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping. Bulk orders require 50% deposit and are not cancelable.
